Why is my upload taking so long?

• Images usually upload in under 30 seconds.
• Short videos typically upload within a minute.
• Longer videos may take 5+ minutes depending on size, internet speed, and Meta processing.

I can’t find my accounts when logging in.

• Ensure your Instagram is connected to your Facebook Page.
• Link your Meta Ad Manager to both accounts.
• Connect a product catalogue (if needed).

Can I create carousel or flexible format ads?

Not yet. These are on our development roadmap. If you want this feature, email us - your feedback helps us prioritise.

🛠 Troubleshooting

Error: Object with ID 'act_123456789' does not exist...

Solution: Go back to the Account and Catalogue Selection page and re-select your business assets.

Error: Call was not successful. Application request limit reached.

Solution: This is a Meta API rate limit. Try uploading fewer ads at a time, then resubmit.

Error: Ad set creation failed: "Unexpected error" or "Please reduce the amount of data."

Likely Cause: Campaigns with too many ad sets can trigger this.

Solution: This is under investigation. No confirmed workaround yet.

Error: The advert creative creation failed: Something went wrong.

Solution: Wait a moment and try again. This is likely a temporary Meta platform issue.

📎 Help Guide

✅ Use the same email at checkout and for Google login (for spreadsheet access). Facebook email can differ.

✅ Ensure Drive assets are set to “Anyone with the link can view.”
